Commercial Real Estate & Corporate Transactions Associate (2-3 Years)

A highly respected California-based law firm is seeking a junior associate with 2-3 years of transactional experience to join its Los Angeles office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to build experience in both commercial real estate and corporate transactions while receiving hands-on mentorship from experienced partners.
The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and established businesses in a broad range of transactional matters. The ideal candidate will be eager to take on meaningful responsibility, develop strong client relationships, and grow within a collaborative environment that offers a genuine path to partnership.
Responsibilities
Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including:Leasing matters
Purchase and sale transactions
Due diligence and closing matters
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
Support corporate transactional matters, including:Entity formations
Financing transactions
Mergers and acquisitions
Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated transactional matters
Manage assignments independently while collaborating with the broader team
Qualifications- Active California Bar membership
- 2-3 years of transactional experience
- Commercial real estate transactional experience preferred
- Experience with leasing and/or purchase and sale transactions is a plus
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Corporate transactional experience is a plus
- Korean or Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $165,000 - $180,000
